Used in children's play (and humorously by adults) to signal the start of an imaginary phone call. It sets up a roleplay frame rather than describing a real phone.

A fixed phrase used to signal that someone intends to resolve a problem definitively, with a sense of finality and mild exasperation. Common in both spoken and written Spanish.
