This policy explains what data Discowatch (“we”, “us”) collects when you use discowatch.tv, why, and the choices you have. Discowatch helps you find Spanish-language shows graded to your level and study the vocabulary in each episode.
We use only the cookies needed to run the service: a sign-in session cookie, and a functional preference cookie that remembers your chosen level (named dw_level, kept for about a year). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make Discowatch work, who process it on our behalf:
These providers may process data outside your country; where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, after which we remove your personal data except where we must retain limited records (for example, billing records) to meet legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email support@discowatch.tv.
Discowatch is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, let you know.
