Season 1 · Episode 44
Bluey
Bluey and Bingo pretend that Mum and Dad are a mountain when they are tasked with playing a game without their parents' participation. Bluey races ahead to reach the summit while Bingo brings along a backpack to carry the climbing equipment.

A fixed phrase used when someone breaks the rules to gain an advantage. Very common between children and adults alike in informal contexts.
Used as a standalone exclamation to signal that the day was intense, tiring, or eventful. The tone depends on context but is usually weary rather than celebratory.
While the words are transparent, the phrase is used here as a fixed moral lesson, the kind of pithy conclusion an adult offers a child after a conflict. It functions as a set expression with a slightly didactic weight.
