Ordered by what we think matters most.
A fixed phrase expressing indifference. 'Me da igual' means 'I don't care' or 'it doesn't matter to me'. The subject changes with the person: 'le da igual', 'nos da igual', etc. The literal sense of 'giving equally' is completely lost.
'Rollo' broadly means 'thing, deal, situation'. 'Ir a su rollo' means to follow your own path without being influenced by others. Very common in everyday speech.
In this dialogue it is used reclaimed, by gay characters referring to themselves and each other. The word carries very different weight depending on who says it and to whom. Outsiders using it as an insult is entirely different from in-group use.
Very direct and common in casual speech among adults. Not considered especially taboo between friends who speak openly, but would be inappropriate in formal contexts. The verb itself is completely standard in its form; the register comes entirely from its meaning.
