Common friendly address between young people. Equivalent in warmth to 'tío' but slightly softer. Used regardless of gender.

Imperative of 'achantar'. Used to tell someone to keep quiet or calm down. More forceful than 'cállate' but less offensive than stronger alternatives.

Used to refer to a group of people, frequently with a slightly contemptuous tone. 'Panda de pijos' = bunch of snobs.

Augmentative of 'caserón', itself from 'casa'. The augmentative suffix -ón adds a sense of impressive or excessive size, often with admiration.

Fixed phrase used to signal it's time to stop talking and act. Very common in fast-paced informal conversation.
