Similar to 'mantener la cabeza fría'. Used to urge rational thinking over emotional reaction, especially in a crisis.
'Una pizca' literally means 'a pinch' (as in cooking). Used figuratively to mean a tiny amount of something abstract like dignity, compassion, or shame. Very expressive in emotional confrontations.
Literally 'soul of a jug/pitcher'. An affectionate or slightly condescending expression for someone who is naïve, simple, or overly trusting. Not insulting, more like gentle teasing.
